• Identifying new sales leads

When it comes to day-to-day duties include:
• Researching organisations (especially Schools) to identify new Leads.
• Contacting potential clients via email or set up meetings
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Other duties include:
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in Services.
• Developing Proposals and Contracts.
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
• Developing sales goals

Webtech FZE is hiring a Dynamic Candidate for Customer Service Cum Admin Job Role in Ecommerce Area.
Job purpose
Advises present or prospective customers by dealing Call / Messages on a rotating basis; operating telecommunications technologies Like Calls / Email / Messages on Our Support Side.
Influences customers to buy or retain service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Co-ordinates with Various Vendors and Involve in Negotiating and Finalizing the Contracts.
Key accountability
• Inbound and Outbound calls to Customers and Vendors
• Dealing with Online Orders and assisting them in Purchase.
• Managing and Updating Products on our Online Store.
• Convert Received Enquiries into prospective Purchases.
• Maintaining the attendance registers, time-sheets, call logs, and other miscellaneous records.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1. Excellent written and spoken English
2. Pleasing personality
3. Highly Energetic, passionate and ambitious
4. Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
5. Persuasion, Telephone Sales, Customer Focus, Data Entry Skills, Selling to Customer Needs, Closing Skills, Telephone Skills, Organization, Energy Level, Persistence, Product Knowledge
Minimum Qualifications and Minimum Experience Requirement
Applicants should have minimum 2 years relevant experience as a Customer Support executive cm admin role specifically within the Ecommerce Sector.
