The NPS is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters.

3- Customer retention rate: This measures the percentage of customers who continue to do business with a company over a given period of time. A high customer retention rate can be an indication of strong customer service.

4- First contact resolution (FCR): This measures the percentage of customer inquiries or issues that are resolved during the first interaction with customer service. A high FCR can be an indication of efficient and effective customer service.

5- Average handle time (AHT): This measures the average amount of time it takes for a customer service representative to handle a customer inquiry or issue. A lower AHT can be an indication of efficient customer service.
