Celebrating your customers' is known to be an unmissable to better and connect with your customers. Global and local statistics show that birthday messages can increase engagement rate by more than 150%, and revenues by more than 300% ! Yet less than 20% of brands implement it properly. Here are some of the best practices recommendation to follow:

Further to the implementation of data privacy restrictions like and , joined other internet browsers by announcing in January 2020 that it plans to phase out third-party cookies in 2 years stating that "Users are demanding greater - including , choice, and over how their data is used..." What does that mean? It is definitely saying goodbye to the most element that underpins the current digital ecosystem. Which may create disruption for agencies.
