Our team took iVoiceUp on the road and headed to Al Enmaa Farms (Agri and Livestock sector of Juhayna Corporate at Al Farafra and El Wahat El Bahareya sites, where we conducted on-site activation sessions with their teams.
Over two days, each site brought a different group of employees to the table. Sessions included a hands-on demo of the platform, walking teams through how to access and use iVoiceUp, alongside in-depth discussions covering a range of critical workplace topics:
• What whistleblowing is and why it matters
• Confidentiality and anonymity
• How to navigate HR grievances
• Understanding employee rights
• Health and safety obligations
• What to report and how the reporting process works
What made these sessions especially stand out wasn’t just the platform. It was the conversations it opened up, with teams asking the right questions, engaging genuinely, and leaving with a clearer understanding of how a structured speak-up culture works in practice.
We would also like to express our appreciation for the collaboration and support provided by Juhayna's team in facilitating these sessions, as well as for the warm welcome extended to us at both sites.

Juhayna has built a strong presence in the Egyptian market over decades. Organizations that last know that real strength comes from within and choosing to provide employees with a safe and confidential reporting channel through iVoiceUp reflects that commitment.
Proud to be part of that journey.
