Let’s talk about a living legend in our tech community: Gagik Evoyan, CEO of Hylink Technologies (hylink.am), literally the first-ever registered tech company in Armenia.
Imagine 1992. Armenia is facing massive economic hardships and energy crises. Launching a high-tech company sounded crazy. But Gagik Evoyan saw the immense intellectual capital of Armenian scientists. Hylink didn't just survive those dark winters; they laid the bedrock for everything we build today.
Hylink didn't do basic web design. They dove straight into the deepest waters of tech: cryptography, network security, device drivers, and real-time embedded systems.
For over three decades, Mr. Evoyan has guided Hylink to work exclusively with high-profile US companies (like Nok Nok Labs and IDEX). From writing Assembler for BIOS in the 90s to building cutting-edge Machine Learning models today, they prove that Armenian engineering can lead global R&D.
Gagik Evoyan’s impact goes way beyond running a single company driving innovation across multiple tech leadership roles:
- CEO at Intellcores LLC, providing elite engineering and project management services.
- CEO at Hitegrity LLC, focusing on hardware and software research.
- Board Member of the Union of Employers of Information and Communication Technologies (UEICT).
Pioneers like Gagik Evoyan proved our reliability and talent to the Western world before high-speed internet even existed here. Massive respect to Mr. Evoyan who started it all!

Եկեք խոսենք մեր տեխնոլոգիական համայնքի կենդանի լեգենդի՝ Hylink Technologies-ի (hylink.am) գործադիր տնօրեն Գագիկ Էվոյանի մասին, ով ղեկավարում է Հայաստանում փաստացի առաջին գրանցված տեխնոլոգիական ընկերությունը։
Պատկերացրեք 1992 թվականը․ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական ընկերություն հիմնելն այդ օրերին պարզապես խենթություն էր թվում։ Սակայն Գագիկ Էվոյանը տեսավ հայ գիտնականների հսկայական մտավոր ներուժը։ Hylink-ը ոչ միայն հաղթահարեց այդ մութ ու ցուրտ տարիները, այլև դրեց այն հիմնաքարը, որի վրա այսօր կառուցվում է մեր ողջ էկոհամակարգը։
Hylink-ը չէր զբաղվում պարզ վեբ-դիզայնով։ Նրանք միանգամից մուտք գործեցին տեխնոլոգիաների ամենախորքերը՝ կրիպտոգրաֆիա, ցանցային անվտանգություն, դրայվերների մշակում և իրական ժամանակում աշխատող ներդրված համակարգեր։
Ավելի քան երեք տասնամյակ պարոն Էվոյանը առաջնորդել է Hylink-ը՝ աշխատելու բացառապես ամերիկյան հայտնի ընկերությունների հետ (ինչպիսիք են Nok Nok Labs-ը և IDEX-ը)։ 90-ականներին BIOS-ի համար Assembler-ով կոդ գրելուց մինչև այսօրվա գերժամանակակից մեքենայական ուսուցման մոդելների ստեղծումը՝ նրանք ապացուցում են, որ հայկական ինժեներական միտքը կարող է առաջատար լինել համաշխարհային R&D ոլորտում։
Գագիկ Էվոյանի ազդեցությունը ավելին է քան մեկ ընկերության ղեկավարումը'

- Տեղեկատվական և հաղորդակցության տեխնոլոգիաների գործատուների միության խորհրդի անդամ։
Այնպիսի մարդիկ, ինչպիսին Գագիկ Էվոյանն է, ապացուցեցին մեր երկրի հուսալիությունն ու տաղանդը արևմտյան աշխարհին դեռ այն ժամանակ, երբ մեզ մոտ նույնիսկ բարձր արագությամբ ինտերնետ գոյություն չուներ։ Մեծագույն հարգանք պարոն Էվոյանին, ով սկիզբ դրեց այս ամենին։

Ten years ago, meettal placed its first engineer in Armenia with one simple belief:

Տասը տարի առաջ meettal-ն իր առաջին ինժեներին աշխատանքի գտավ Հայաստանում՝ հիմնվելով մեկ պարզ համոզմունքի վրա.
👉 Եթե Հայաստանը ճիշտ մոտենա տաղանդների ներգրավման հարցին, ապա այս էկոհամակարգը կհասնի արտասովոր արդյունքների:

Armenia, the United States, and China are all in the bottom 20% globally in the fraud vulnerability index, according to Sumsub Global Fraud Index Report 2025 .
Armenia ranks 100th out of 112 countries. The United States ranks 91st and China ranks 96th.
Luxembourg ranks first globally, with Denmark and Finland rounding out the top three.
Armenian companies providing cybersecurity and risk management services/products include Hexens, EasyDMARC, Unicomp, Illuria, Codex, DigiFence, DTS Solutions, Grant Thornton, etc.

Համաձայն Sumsub Global Fraud Index Report 2025 զեկույցի՝ Հայաստանը, Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգները և Չինաստանը խարդախության նկատմամբ խոցելիության ինդեքսով աշխարհում հայտնվել են վերջին 20%-ի մեջ։
