Angolan National or Dual nationality with Angolan passport required for:
HR Generalist
Main Duties will be
Organisation of the movement of personnel including International flights, Local Logistics and accommodation
Liaising with client departments regarding the registration of personnel for crew changes
Liaising with Local Manpower providers
Liaising with the rig management regarding personnel requirements
Temporary / permanent recruitment
Succession planning
Talent management / performance appraisals Disciplinary procedures
Assisting the rig Management during client meetings in relation to HR matters
Conduct rig visits on a regular basis and provide front line interaction with personnel
Managing the HR Department in Angola and helping to plan and expand HR Support for the Rig Management and the region in general.
Ideally the candidate in question should have a minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in a similar post with a drilling contractor.
Be fluent in English both written and spoken
Be of proven managerial qualities
Be fluent in the use of computers
Have accredited certification in Human Resources.
