How long can you concentrate? 😴 25/5 min rule.⠀⠀
Set your watch / laptop to count your time from 25 minutes to 0. When the time passed, stand up and take 5 minute break. Don’t use any social media or game during the break. Stretch big, walk a little, drink fresh water.⠀⠀
