New PC for the reception of a local dentist to assemble today.

Went out to a new customers place last week as his computer wouldn't turn on. Turns out the issue was a bit more serious then that. He had an electrical fault in his almost 10yr old desktop that resulted in a small fire. Luckily it went out by itself but it could have been much worse. Make sure if you ever smell burning plastic around a computer you turn it off at the power point straight away and get someone to check it out.

On this occasion not only was I able to provide this customer with a new computer, monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse. I was even able to recover his photos from the old computer.

With CyberSecurity Awareness Month coming to an end have a think about what old laptops or computers you have around your house and how you used them. Did you log onto your bank, your email, Centrelink, the ATO. All that information is still on the hard drive of your old unused computer.
