This is worth reading.
A Chinese court just ruled that companies cannot fire workers simply to replace them with AI to cut costs. The judge's words were pretty clear: "Employers are prohibited from shifting operating costs to employees."
We think that's the right call.
At NeonWaive, we've always said it โ AI should amplify people, not replace them. The businesses we work with aren't using automation to cut their team. They're using it to make sure their team isn't stuck answering phones at 9pm on a Friday when they should be with their families.
There's a version of AI that makes work better for everyone. That's the only version worth building.
