Our client, Kate moved into a new house with an existing alarm system. A great bonus, so she thought.

Weeks later, the 9yr old alarm system literally turned into an unexpected headache. Developing a fault, the alarm started beeping, driving the whole house crazy.

With no obvious point of contact for maintenance or service, Kate, at her wits’ end, gave up and the system was disconnected,
leaving her house and family vulnerable to intruders.
