Another Tasmanian timetable has been refreshed by Map Depot into the new branding - Routes 775, 776 & 777 in the state's north. The PDF version has accessibility tagging applied to improve access for passengers using assistive devices. It was a pleasure, as always, to work with Building Tasmania on this timetable.

Earlier this month, Keolis Hunter launched a revised Stockton Ferry timetable in Newcastle. New staff facilities built at Stockton allowed extra trips to be introduced across the week. Map Depot updated the customer-facing timetable with the new schedule.

Seen here at Cockburn Station, Perth in early 2012 is bus # 724, a Renault PR180.2 with JW Bolton bodywork dating from 1988. At the time, fleet number 724 was also allocated to a 1988 model Renault PR180.2 (with Ansair bodywork) in Canberra - one of those funny little coincidences which I really enjoy.

30 August will see the Sydney Marathon take to the streets. Map Depot prepared a network map for Transport for NSW to show bus diversions. Due to road closures, some routes will travel to quite different destinations on the day - these include the B1 to St Leonards, 270 to Chatswood, 333 to Kings Cross, 358 to Eastgardens, 396 to Randwick and 607X to Macquarie Park.

We're off to Darwin, 2012 for - my first visit to the Northern Territory. First up is Darwin Bus Service # 122, a Scania L94UA with Volgren bodywork, cruising along Lambell Terrace in Larrakeyah. Second we have an old, handpainted bus stop I noticed on Daly Street in the City - with what I assume to be the former Darwin Bus Service logo at the top, but I'm happy to be corrected on that if anyone knows more. Map Depot assisted Adelaide Metro and Brisbane City Council with bus timetable updates in July. Launching a week apart, the Adelaide changes included revised running times along South Road, while Brisbane saw timing changes with additional minor route path alterations in Coopers Plains and Mount Gravatt.

For , we have extracts from the December 1981 Newcastle to Swansea bus timetable. I love the design of the front cover, aligning each route number with its destination, and the explanation at the bottom about route number variants for Windale and Industrial services. The Section Point list is a time capsule which includes localities and places gone by, including Chaldene (Adamstown Heights) and John Darling Colliery (Belmont North).

Transport for NSW recently released another integrated network map developed by Map Depot, covering Campbelltown, Narellan and Ingleburn in Sydney. As the map is designed to show all regular public transport services within the region, it includes regional Picton routes 900 and 901 where required - the first time I've crossed paths with these routes, at least when developing a map!
