Telstra Cable Users.
For those still on Telstra Cable service you may have noticed that your modem is regularly disconnecting, you may also notice that the speed has drop. Telstra has shaped the line speed and is randomly dropping access to the DHCP server preventing your modem from getting an IP. These issues are a ploy to push customers off the cable service and onto the lesser FTTC NBN before the announced cut of date. As I have stated before there is no future speed upgrade for the FTTC ~
