💚 National Ag Day – Friday, 21st November 💚

I’m excited to share the visual identity I created for the National Farmers Federation’s National Agriculture Day. The goal was to refresh the existing logo with a recognisable identity that celebrates growth, resilience, and the vital role of Australian farmers, alongside the tagline Grow You Good Thing. The design needed energy and versatility, ready to work across merchandise, events, digital platforms, and printed collateral.

It’s been amazing to see this brand come to life! I’ve loved working with the team at to help promote and . It’s such an important day, shining a spotlight on the value of agriculture in our country.

LAND. COLOUR STORY.

There’s something about walking the same tracks over and over, how familiar places still manage to surprise you. The changing colours of the crops depending on the light, the shifts within the seasons, and textures that reveal themselves only when you slow down enough to really take them in.

I’ve always been someone who notices things.
The quiet details.
The shapes nature makes without trying.
The tones you only get from sun, soil, and time.

As a designer, that’s where so much of my inspiration comes from. Being out in the world, gathering what I see, and letting that influence how I create. It’s less about forcing ideas and more about paying attention, collecting, and piecing together meaning from the everyday.

This colour story comes from one of the places I walk often.
A reminder that creativity doesn’t always come from far-off places. Sometimes it starts right under our feet.

This past week, I had the pleasure of mentoring a group of Year 11 students at Kapunda High School as part of the ABW (Australian Business Week) program.

I helped each team develop their brand – giving ideas and direction on their concepts to help them refine their final business logos.

Today I had the privilege of seeing it all come to life.

From creative trade displays and clever adverts to confident oral presentations, these students truly stepped up and delivered. Their teamwork, creativity, and determination were inspiring to watch – they should all be incredibly proud of their achievements.

Well done to all the teachers involved - it’s certainly a busy week!

Today we were passing through Jamestown and we called into where the brought the hay to the drought stricken farmers in the region. We wanted to show and explain to our kids about how these loads of hay, generously donated, will provide a lifeline to many farmers and families in need and how communities come together to help, even when those communities are from the other side of the country.

While we were there we got chatting to some of the crew and our girls were spoilt, and were given Cookie Kookaburra’s amongst other things. What the RRT team are doing is amazing and hopefully lots of locals are able to go and see all the other services available to help them - because they really are there to help in any way.

I'm pleased to share the visual identity and branding created for the SA Rural Women's Gathering - Nuriootpa 2025, with the event set to take place this October.

Here's a little insight to the meaning behind the visuals...

At the heart of the logo is a stylised grape, representing the region, made up of individual circles that showcases connection and coming together. It reflects the many women from across South Australia (and beyond) who will gather to share stories, ideas, and experiences in this vibrant part of the world.

Each colour in the palette speaks to both the diversity of people attending and the rich, seasonal beauty of the Barossa — as well as the unique experiences on offer to explore and immerse yourself in.

I'm passionate about designing with meaning — and this project is all about community, connection, and celebrating our region.

I had the pleasure of working with All Steel Instals, a local Barossa business that provides expert steel installation services. They needed a logo and brand design that reflected their strength, precision, and professionalism in the industry.
