We're thrilled to welcome Shelley Laidler to the eCase Product team in the role of Business Analyst.

With over 20 years of experience in software and business analysis across the Healthcare, Disability and Aged Care industries, Shelley brings a wealth of industry knowledge and skill to our team. Shelley also worked as a consultant and trainer at Scope Victoria, one of Australia's largest disability providers.

We're very excited to have Shelley on board and look forward to the valuable contribution she will make as we continue to improve and expand our eCase Software Platform.

Our Annual Easter Egg Fundraiser has been a hit this year with residents at Lions Haven For The Aged in Queensland receiving a therapeutic robotic puppy, a felt sorting activity and interactive tool box from staff donations following our 'guess the number of eggs in the jar' game.

Seeing one of their residents interact with their new furry friend was absolutely heart-warming and timing couldn't be better, with the opening of their newly refurbished dementia house just around the corner!

Here's to the incredible team at Lions Haven for the Aged and a huge shout-out to everyone who donated - we are excited to find out the name of their newest resident!

Meet June!

June is one of over 180 recipients of a hamper as part of the ‘More the Merrier’ campaign, prepared and delivered by volunteers at Feros Care in 2023.

We were thrilled to partner with Feros Care again to donate a number of hampers to lonely and isolated residents and seniors during the festive season, along with hand-written cards from our staff at Health Metrics.

Thank you to the team at Feros Care for your hard work and dedication to help support residents and seniors in what can sometimes be a difficult time of year.

Last year we had the opportunity to spread some joy at Olivet Care in Ringwood, Victoria!

A huge thank you to the Olivet Aged Care team who welcomed us for a site visit to drop off some chocolates and Christmas cheer for their 136 residents!

We know their residents are all in trusted hands with such caring, dedicated and friendly staff.
