Configuring our tech stack to answer questions like:
1οΈ What are the greatest challenges our audience is currently facing?
2οΈ Do prospects interact with our brand more when we suggest a select set of options or do they prefer freedom in finding it via search?
3οΈ Do prospects prefer to first hear prior success stories and testimonials or do they rather a personal introduction from a fellow friendly face at the company?
A lot of confusion is in the air at the moment around data protection and quote unquote "π΅π³π’π€π¬πͺπ―π¨"
The fact is, brands and businesses are better connected and engaged with their users than ever before.
Largely if not solely due to online interactions between consumers and curious minds asking questions like those above.
