Our Story
Founded in 2011, Chocolate Coded is a technology-based product and service provider focused on developing business applications and information solutions. Its core competency is in the WHS discipline, addressing the regulatory and compliance needs of its clients across a broad range of sectors including mining, transportation, manufacturing, health, property, finance and media.
Under the leadership of its founder and CEO, Sam Marciano, the Company has evolved from its beginnings as an application developer with a single document management system into a full-fledged technology products and services. The Company now has intellectual property in a range of business information software products, which have been developed in-house and operate under the TIKS branding.
TIKS supports companies to ensure compliance with WHS regulations as well as to improve the productivity of their staff. TIKS is nationally recognised with accolades from the WA Safety Show, the 2012 Australian Mining Prospect Awards for Excellence in Mine WHS, and has also been featured in iTnews across Australia.
Since its inception, the Company has been making net profit annually, and is now embarking on an exciting growth strategy. It is well-positioned to capture an increasing market share as an early innovator in the WHS regulatory compliance sector
