Hi, I’m Lauren Maree — the “Swiss Army knife” of branding, and your business’s ultimate hype girly 💅

A few things about me:
🧘 I came up through yoga and wellness before branding
🗣️ I listen beyond what’s actually being said
🐌 I think slow growth is the ONLY real growth
🚫 I’ve never been good at fitting in (still not sorry about it)

Here’s the truth: I squirmed through traditional work structures. Didn’t buy the hustle-yourself-to-burnout story either. Then I found thinkers who cracked something open in me — creativity isn’t just a skill, it’s an energy! Ideas choose who delivers them. And when you’re finally aligned with yours? Everything moves differently.

That’s the whole foundation of Flow State Creative.

I built my business to be the one call you make instead of five different specialists translating your vision into six different things. Strategy, identity, photography, web — all under one roof, all held by someone who sees the whole picture, not just their slice of it.

I work with entrepreneurs doing genuinely important work; the ones who’ve outgrown their branding and are finally ready to be recognised as the expert they already are.

She came to me wanting brand guidelines to hand to her VA.

She left with a whole brand identity and a language for the work she’d already been doing for 11 years.

One of the things I named for her was The Exhale. That moment a client walks into her space and the pressure just… releases. The breath out that says: I’m not broken. I’m not behind. I’m not alone.

A few weeks after we wrapped, she sent me this:

Recent work 🐾🪄 Here’s one I did for Michelle, supporting her with high quality, warm, informative visuals to support her pitching her Academy programs to leads. Her business coach provided the script, I created the templates and now Michelle has an asset she can return to for years to come.

Not only did we create a series of presentation slides for five seperate videos — we also consolidated her brand and elevated certain elements.

The result? A series she would feel confident about sharing with new potential customers and a cohesive brand guide on the back end ready to rinse and repeat 👌

D.I.Y Brand Photoshoot! 🔥 Easy? No. For me? Yes.

Bringing my creative direction skills and imagination to this shoot was effortless. I took care of (almost) all of it: Scene, Styling, Posing, Storytelling, Editing, Aesthetic, Mood etc. I had some help from a close friend who I trusted with the camera and who I felt at ease with. The venue Studio Central Coast | Content Studio was perfect and the lovely Claire has the interiors sorted!

The best part? Making it interesting to cut through the noise and showcase the many aspects of Lauren Maree and my brand. Allll the archetypes here 💜

A friend sat in on one of my client sessions recently.

Afterwards she said:
“I’ve worked with agencies for years. I’ve never seen someone facilitate a session the way you just did.”

I didn’t know what to say.

Because to me — it’s just what happens.

Listening before I say anything.
Following the thread when it goes somewhere unexpected.
Noticing what’s underneath the words, not just the words.
Reflecting back what someone couldn’t quite see themselves.

She called it a skill set.
I’d call it a way of being.

The brand doesn’t start when I open my laptop.
It starts the moment someone begins to tell me who they are.

That’s where I live.
That’s where the real work happens.
