তালাক কেন হচ্ছে জানার জন্য গত ৯ মাস ধরে আমি ২৪৫ জন তালাক প্রাপ্ত পুরুষ ও মহিলার সাথে কথা বলেছি, কেন তালাক হলো। এর মধ্যে ৭২% তালাক হয়েছে ভুলবুঝা বুঝি একে অপরকে অসন্মান করার জন্য। আর ১৮℅ তালাকের কারণ পরকীয়া। ১০% তালাক স্ত্রীর উচ্চ বিলাসিতার কারণে। ৭৮℅ তালাক হয়েছে মেয়ের কারণে। ২২℅ পুরুষের দোষে।

মজার বিষয় হলো ৯২℅ তালাকপ্রাপ্ত মহিলা ও পুরুষ তালাকের পরে সত্যিই অনুতপ্ত। তারা বলছে সিদ্ধান্তটি আসলে ভুলছিলো। তালাক প্রাপ্ত ৮৯℅ মেয়েদের চেষ্টা করেও আর বিয়ে হচ্ছে না।

০৪℅ মেয়ের বিয়ের প্রতি অনিহা। ০৭℅ মেয়ে পথভ্রষ্টা। ছেলেদের মধ্যে ৮৫ ℅ পূনঃবিয়ে করে সংসার করছে।

১৩℅ ছেলে বিয়ের প্রতি অনিহা। ০২ ℅ ছেলে পথভ্রষ্ট।

আরো মাজার বিষয় হলো ১ম স্ত্রীকে তালাক দেওয়া ৬৭℅ ছেলেই কুমারি মেয়ে বিয়ে করেছে। কিন্তু মেয়েরা তালাকপ্রাপ্তির যারা দ্বিতীয় বিয়ে করেছে তারা কুমার ছেলে পেয়েছে মাত্র ০০১℅।

সততার পথেই সঠিক পথ যা আল্লাহ পছন্দ করেন। দ্বিতীয় বিয়ের পরে ১২℅ মেয়ের আবারও তালাক হয়েছে। সুতরাং আগে সতর্ক থাকুন। পরে পস্তাতে যাবেন না। আরো জেনে নিন ৮৯% মেয়ে দ্বিতীয় সংসারে অসুখি।

অপর দিকে মাত্র ০২℅ ছেলের আবারও তালাক হয়েছে আর অসুখি ০৩℅ পুরুষ।

আরও অবাক করা বিষয় হলো দ্বিতীয় তালাক দেওয়া ছেলেদের যাদের স্ত্রী হয়েছিল কোন তালাক প্রাপ্ত মহিলা। আর বিধ্বা মহিলাকে বিয়ে করে চরম সুখি ৯৩℅ পুরুষ। আশাকরি বুঝতে পারছেন।

‣Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.

✅ Qualifications:
‣B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
‣3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
‣Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

🧪 3. Quality Assurance Engineer Responsibilities:
‣Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
‣Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of raw materials and finished products.
‣Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
‣Coordinate with production to resolve quality issues.
‣Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant standards.

✅ Qualifications:
‣B.Sc. in Materials / Chemical / Industrial Engineering.
‣2–4 years of experience in QA/QC in manufacturing.
‣Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), ISO 9001, and glass testing methods.
