What is "Learning"?

"Knowledge is power" this saying is closely related to another saying "Learning is the key". In technology, if someone wants to survive then he/she has to adapt to new technology, terms, and tools. Adaptation can be achieved with proper knowledge which can be gained by learning.
Learning is one of the most confusing and complicated terms. We always mislead the term 'Learning'. For example, As a DevOps engineer, one will have many tools to work with. Many believe that approaching to know "how the tools are working", and "how to install" are called learning.

However, we believe that until someone knows the following, his/her learning is not completed yet
- "The background of a tool or technology",
- "How the existing tool is not fulfilling the requirements",
- "What problem does the tool or technology solve"

We are trying to make it easy for students, unemployed and employed persons to want get trained from experts. We saw many are facing financial problems among us to get trained on demanding course like CCNA and MTCNA. Those 2 are essential course for a Network Engineer, IT Engineer and someone who wants make a career in IT and Network field. But due to the prices of the training courses, many of us lose the interest. We are trying to working on that.

There are many DevOps jobs right now in Bangladesh. And the number will increase day by day. If we search in popular job searching platforms there will be new openings also like Automation engineer, Integration Engineer, Cloud Engineer, and so on. Sooner those positions will replace one of the most demanding positions like System Administration, System engineers, and Server Administration.
Among all the risks, there are opportunities also. A number of positions will be opened both on-site and remotely. Qualified engineers will get jobs easily with better salaries.

There is risk and there is opportunity. But it all depends on your knowledge and qualification.
