Job Overview:
We are looking for an Officer, Logistics whose main responsibility will be to manage daily logistics operations, ensure smooth product movement, coordinate with warehouse, sales, and delivery teams, and maintain proper documentation for efficient supply chain support.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily logistics, delivery, and transportation activities.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products to customers, outlets, and dealers.
Communicate with warehouse, sales, service, and delivery teams for smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain delivery challans, invoices, stock movement records, and logistics reports.
Monitor product loading, unloading, packaging, and shipment accuracy.
Track delivery status and follow up with transport vendors or delivery partners.
Maintain proper records of returned, damaged, or pending products.
Support inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse for stock availability.
Identify logistics issues and report them to the concerned department.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
Assist in planning routes and schedules to optimize delivery efficiency.
Maintain good communication with internal departments and external logistics partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any relevant field.
Good knowledge of logistics, warehouse, and delivery operations.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or relevant field.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, retail, or distribution business will be an advantage.
English and Bangla proficiency.
Good typing speed and fast computing skills.

Compensations and Benefits:
Annual bonus after probation/eligibility.
