🚀 WE’RE HIRING! Founding Senior Backend Engineer
We’re building the next big e-commerce platform at ORTJC — a modern, lightning-fast, and seamless shopping experience that will redefine how people buy online worldwide.

As a Founding Senior Backend Engineer, you’ll join our early engineering team and own the entire backend architecture from 0→1. You’ll build the core systems powering a high-performance e-commerce website and mobile app — handling massive traffic, real-time inventory, secure payments, and intelligent shopping experiences.
What You’ll Build:

Scalable, high-traffic backend systems for web + mobile app
Complete e-commerce infrastructure (catalog, cart, checkout, orders, payments)
Real-time features (inventory sync, live tracking, notifications)
Secure & reliable payment processing systems
Personalized recommendation engines
Fault-tolerant, observable, and highly scalable architecture

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of strong backend experience (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, etc.)
Deep expertise in databases (SQL + NoSQL), APIs, microservices & cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience building scalable consumer-facing applications (e-commerce or high-traffic platforms preferred)
Strong system design, performance optimization & reliability mindset
Passion for clean code, high ownership, and building products at scale

💰 Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $175,000 – $225,000 USD
