We started Docket.bd with a simple idea: if government services are available online, finding and using them should be just as easy. But that’s not always the case. Broken links, outdated information, and confusing websites can make it harder for people to access services that are supposed to be within reach.

We built a tool to scan government websites and understand just how big the problem was. What started as a way to investigate the issue became a way to bring more attention to it.

When Ajker Patrika reached out to us and included our work in their article, it felt like a meaningful moment. Something we started with a simple question was becoming part of a bigger public conversation.

বাংলাদেশে বা বিদেশ থেকে অনলাইনে পুলিশ ক্লিয়ারেন্স সার্টিফিকেটের জন্য আবেদন করার সম্পূর্ণ নিয়ম এক নজরে:

আবেদন পোর্টাল: pcc.police.gov.bd

সরকারি ফি: ৳১, ৫০০ (ট্রেজারি চালানের মাধ্যমে)

প্রক্রিয়াকরণ সময়: ৭ থেকে ১৫ কার্যদিবস

মেয়াদ: ৬ মাস

প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র:

পাসপোর্টের বায়ো-পেজের সত্যায়িত কপি (পাসপোর্টের মেয়াদ অন্তত ৩ মাস থাকতে হবে)।

জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র (NID) কপি (যদি পাসপোর্টে ঠিকানা উল্লেখ না থাকে)।

৳১,৫০০ ফি পরিশোধের চালান/অনলাইন পেমেন্ট স্লিপ।

আবেদন করার ধাপসমূহ:

নিবন্ধন: pcc.police.gov.bd পোর্টালে মোবাইল নম্বর ও ইমেইল দিয়ে অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলুন।

ফর্ম পূরণ: পাসপোর্ট অনুযায়ী নাম, ঠিকানা ও আবেদনের কারণ পূরণ করুন।

ফি প্রদান ও জমা: ট্রেজারি চালান বা অনলাইন পেমেন্ট এর মাধ্যমে ফি পরিশোধ করে নথি আপলোড করুন।

স্ট্যাটাস চেক: মোবাইলে SMS পাঠান: PCC S [Reference Number] লিখে পাঠান 26969 নম্বরে।

📌 মনে রাখবেন: আবেদনের ঠিকানা অবশ্যই পাসপোর্টের দেওয়া স্থায়ী বা ইমার্জেন্সি ঠিকানার সাথে হুবহু মিল থাকতে হবে, অন্যথায় আবেদন বিলম্বিত বা বাতিল হতে পারে।

বাংলাদেশে e-tin registration কিভাবে করবেন?

ব্যবসা শুরু করতে, ট্রেড লাইসেন্স নবায়ন করতে কিংবা আয়কর রিটার্ন জমা দিতে ই-টিন (e-TIN) একটি অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ডকুমেন্ট। অনেকেই মনে করেন ই-টিন করতে অনেক সময় বা খরচের প্রয়োজন, কিন্তু এনবিআর (NBR) পোর্টালে সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে এবং মাত্র ১০-১৫ মিনিটে আপনি এটি নিজে নিজেই তৈরি করতে পারবেন।
