Requirements

✦ Strong understanding of basic computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
✦ Familiarity with troubleshooting, diagnosing technical issues, and system maintenance
✦ Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, routers, switches)
✦ Ability to work with remote desktop tools and follow structured troubleshooting steps

Job Responsibilities

✦ Provide first-level IT support to clients and internal teams via remote desktop, phone, and in-person assistance
✦ Troubleshoot technical, software, and network-related issues efficiently
✦ Install, configure, and maintain systems, web applications, and IT equipment
✦ Assist the Development team in implementing and supporting HMS projects
✦ Support the creation and maintenance of IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases
✦ Ensure security and confidentiality of company systems and client data
