এই মডেলের মূল ধারণা হলো:

অর্থাৎ, AI Agent-দের দিয়ে কাজ করানো, আউটপুট রিভিউ করা, সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া এবং সিস্টেম পরিচালনা করা।

বর্তমানে ClickUp-এর Human-to-Agent Ratio প্রায় 1:3।

অর্থাৎ, একজন মানুষের সাথে একাধিক AI Agent কাজ করছে।

আমরা গত এক বছরেরও বেশি সময় ধরে একটা প্রশ্ন নিয়ে কাজ করছি:

**AI Agent ভবিষ্যতের কাজের ধরনকে কীভাবে বদলে দেবে?**

ClickUp-এর এই পরিবর্তন সেই প্রশ্নের একটা বাস্তব উত্তর দেখাচ্ছে।

আমার মনে হয়, আগামী কয়েক বছরে অনেক পুরনো জব রোল বদলে যাবে।

নতুন কিছু রোল তৈরি হবে:

• Builders — যারা AI Agent ব্যবহার করে তৈরি করবে।

• System Managers — যারা AI Workforce পরিচালনা করবে।

• Front-liners — যারা মানুষ ও কাস্টমারের সাথে কাজ করবে।

AI যুগে সবচেয়ে বড় স্কিল হয়তো আর "নিজে সব করা" হবে না।

বরং হবে:

**সঠিক Agent নির্বাচন করা, Agent-কে ব্রিফ করা, Agent-এর কাজ মূল্যায়ন করা এবং ফলাফল ডেলিভার করা।**

Agent Management may become the new Management.
