Role Overview —
As a Commission-Based Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients into long-term customers for ioXora.
Your primary goal will be to generate qualified leads, pitch our services effectively, and close deals — earning an attractive commission for every successful project.
Key Responsibilities —
- Identify and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, email, or social media.
- Present ioXora’s services and solutions in a compelling and professional manner.
-Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
-Understand client needs and align them with ioXora’s offerings.
-Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
-Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets.

Requirements —
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or client acquisition
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of web design and digital services.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and maintain follow-ups effectively.
Compensation & Commission —
100% commission-based (no fixed salary).
Earn 10%–25% commission per closed project — depending on project value and performance.
Unlimited earning potential — the more you sell, the more you earn.
