করোনা ভাইরাস: 😷মাস্ক পরা নিয়ে বিশ্ব স্বাস্থ্য সংস্থার নির্দেশনায় পরিবর্তন। 😷

এর আগে বিশ্ব স্বাস্থ্য সংস্থা জানিয়েছিল যে সুস্থ মানুষের মাস্ক পরার তেমন প্রয়োজন নেই।
😷 মাস্ক পরা নিয়ে নিজেদের উপদেশ পরিবর্তন করেছে বিশ্ব স্বাস্থ্য সংস্থা। এখন তারা বলছে করোনাভাইরাস সংক্রমণ থামাতে পাবলিক প্লেসে মাস্ক পরা উচিত।😷

সংস্থাটি বলছে মাস্ক পরলে 'জীবাণু বহনকারী ড্রপলেট' থেকে সুরক্ষা পাওয়া সম্ভব বলে নতুন গবেষণায় প্রকাশিত হয়েছে।😷😷

বিশ্বের বেশ কিছু দেশ এর মধ্যেই প্রকাশ্য স্থানে মাস্ক পরার উপদেশ দিয়েছে। কিছু দেশে মাস্ক পরা বাধ্যতামূলকও করা হয়েছে।

এর আগে বিশ্ব স্বাস্থ্য সংস্থা বলেছিল যে সুস্থ মানুষের মাস্ক পরার প্রয়োজন আছে, এ সম্পর্কে কোনো প্রমাণ পাওয়া যায়নি।

কোভিড-১৯ এর টেকনিক্যাল বিষয়ে বিশ্ব স্বাস্থ্য সংস্থার প্রধান বিশেষজ্ঞ ডাক্তার মারিয়া ভ্যান কেরখোভ রয়টার্সকে বলেন যেসব জায়গায় করোনাভাইরাস সংক্রমণের সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে সেসব জায়গায় মানুষকে 'কাপড়ের মাস্ক - যেটি মেডিক্যাল মাস্ক নয়' পরার পরামর্শ দেয়া হচ্ছে।😷

বিশ্ব স্বাস্থ্য সংস্থা সবসময়ই বলে এসেছে যে মেডিক্যাল ফেস মাস্ক শুধু অসুস্থ এবং অসুস্থদের সেবার সাথে জড়িতদের ব্যবহার করা উচিত।

Help, examples, and information on Excel formulas

Microsoft ExcelFormulas are what helped make spreadsheets so popular. By creating formulas, you can have quick calculations even if the information changes in the cells relating to the formula. For example, you could have a total cell that adds all values in a column.

The basics
All spreadsheet formulas begin with an equal sign (=) symbol.
After the equal symbol, either a cell or formula function is entered. The function tells the spreadsheet the type of formula.
If a math function is being performed, the math formula is surrounded in parentheses.
Using the colon (:) allows you to get a range of cells for a formula. For example, A1:A10 is cells A1 through A10.
Formulas are created using relative cell reference by default and if you add a dollar sign ($) in front of the column or row it will become an absolute cell reference.
Entering a spreadsheet formula
Below is an animated visual example of how an excel formula can be inserted into a spreadsheet. In our first formula entered into the cell "D1," we manually enter a =sum formula to add 1+2 (in cells A1 and B2) to get the total of "3." With the next example, we use the mouse to highlight cells A2 to D2 and then instead of typing the formula use the formula button in Excel to automatically create the formula. Next, we show how you can manually enter a formula and then with the help of a mouse get the cell values (you can also highlight multiple cells to create a range). Finally, we manually enter a times ( * ) formula using sum function to find the value of 5 * 100.
