আসসালামু আলাইকুম, আমি আলামিন। কিছুদিন আগে আমি একটা লোগো ডিজাইন করি। ১৬.০১.২০২৫ তারিখে আমি Dribbble-এ একটি পোস্ট করি, যেটা এক নম্বর ছবিতে দেখতে পাচ্ছেন। এরপর আমি ওই লোগোটা আবার সিম্প্লিফাই করে ব্র্যান্ড গাইডলাইন টেমপ্লেট তৈরি করে মার্কেটে পোস্ট করি, যেটা দুই নম্বর ছবিতে দেখতে পাচ্ছেন।

কিন্তু ৩ দিন আগে আমি Dribbble-এ Daud Hasan নামে একটা প্রোফাইলে দেখি, আমার সিম্প্লিফাই করা লোগোটাই একই লোগো হিসেবে পোস্ট করে রেখেছে—একটা শুধু লোগো, আরেকটা ব্র্যান্ডিং ডিজাইন করে। তিনি আবার সেটাকে available for sell করে রেখেছেন।

আমি ওনাকে পার্সোনালি মেসেজ করে বলি যেন ওনার রিপুটেশন নষ্ট না হয়। কিন্তু উনি আমাকে উল্টাপাল্টা বোঝালেন। উনি বললেন নাকি এটা ওনার ক্রিয়েটিভ প্রসেসে করা ইউনিক লোগো ডিজাইন। আমি বললাম, ভাই, আমার লোগো ১০০% কপি-পেস্ট করে পোস্ট করেছেন। ওনাকে আমার ডিজাইনের লিংকও দিলাম, তাও উনি স্বীকার করলেন না যে লোগোটার কপি করেছেন।

তাই বাধ্য হয়ে পোস্ট করলাম। এখন আপনি দেখেই বলুন—উনি কেমন ক্রিয়েটিভ ডিজাইনার, আর কেমন ক্রিয়েটিভ প্রসেসে ডিজাইন করলে আমার লোগো ১০০% কপি হয়?

পয়েন্টসমূহ:
১. প্রথম ছবিটা—আমার Dribbble-এ পোস্ট করা, জানুয়ারি ২০২৫।
২. দুই নম্বর ছবি—আমার করা একটি টেমপ্লেট ডিজাইন, যেটা আমি জুলাই ২০২৫-এ পাবলিশ করি।
৩. তিন নম্বর ছবি—ওটা উনি সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২৫-এ পোস্ট করেছেন।
৪. চার নম্বর ছবি—উনার করা ব্র্যান্ডিং ডিজাইন, যেটা উনি অক্টোবর ২০২৫-এ পোস্ট করেছেন।
৫. পাঁচ নম্বর ছবিটা—আমাদের ক্রিয়েটিভ ডিজাইনার Daud Hasan ভাইয়ের।

এখন আমার কথা হলো—উনি তো ডিজাইন কপি করেছেনই, তার ওপর আবার ওই লোগো সেল পোস্ট করেছেন। যেখানে একটা লোগো পোস্ট করতে হলেও আগে পারমিশন নিতে হয়, আবার ডিজাইন বা কনসেপ্টের ক্রেডিট দিতে হয়—উনি এর কোনোটাই করেননি। তাহলে কি এইভাবে চলতেই থাকবে? দিন-এর পর দিন কষ্ট করে ডিজাইন করব, আর সেই ডিজাইন চুরি করে পোস্ট করবে?
