🚀 A New Chapter Begins for MEDTROS!

A day to remember for MEDTROS .

We are proud to announce the successful completion of our 1st Official Meeting, marking a significant milestone in our journey. From this point forward, MEDTROS is moving beyond being a team and taking its next step as a startup, with a defined identity, structured leadership, and a clear direction for the future.

🔄 Evolution of Our Brand Identity:
For a long time, MEDTROS was recognized primarily for Medical Electronics. Today, as we scale our vision and footprint, we are excited to announce an expansion of our brand identity to embrace a wider domain of innovation.

From now on, MEDTROS officially stands for: Modern Electronics Devices, Technology & Robotics Solutions.

This transition reflects our commitment not only to health-tech and biomedical devices but also to smart electronics, robotics and advanced tech solutions.

👥 Our Leadership:
As we begin this new chapter, we are pleased to introduce the executive board of MEDTROS:

• Shahadat Hosen — CEO & CTO
(Chief Executive Officer & Chief Technology Officer)

• Sarafat Rahman — CPO
(Chief Product Officer)

• Tanvir Islam Tonmoy — CBO
(Chief Business Officer)

• Rabeya Khatun — COO
(Chief Operating Officer)

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Shahadat Hosen on taking on the responsibilities of CEO & CTO of MEDTROS. His dedication, vision and contributions have been foundational to our progress and we look forward to driving the future under his leadership.

A New Identity -

A key highlight of our first official meeting was the unveiling of the new MedTros logo, representing our evolving identity and the vision we are building together.

The meeting also featured the presentation of our Mission & Vision, establishing a clear foundation for our future goals and our commitment to developing innovative solutions across electronics, devices, technology and robotics.

A Memorable Gesture -

To make this milestone even more special, Tanvir Islam Tonmoy (CBO) gifted each member a beautiful diary and arranged a special celebratory treat for everyone during the meeting.

A heartfelt thank you to Tanvir Islam Tonmoy for this thoughtful gesture and for making our first official meeting even more memorable.

This is more than a change in structure. It is the beginning of a new journey.

From a team to a startup. From ideas to innovation.
From innovation to solutions.

The journey has just begun.

Welcome to the new era of MEDTROS. 🚀

A Journey of Learning, Innovation & Achievement! 🚀

We are happy to share that team MedTros has successfully completed the University Innovation Hub Program – Innovation Cohort 3, a 3-month flagship entrepreneurship program organized under the DEIED Project, Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority, ICT Division.

This intensive program was a journey of transforming core engineering insights into real-world, sustainable solutions. Throughout the cohort, our team gained hands-on experience across critical business verticals:
🔹 Innovation & Design Thinking – Identifying core problems and crafting user-focused solutions.
🔹 Problem Identification & Market Validation – Validating real-world needs and target audiences.
🔹 Business Model Development – Structuring sustainable value creation and delivery.
🔹 Value Proposition & Competitive Strategy – Defining competitive edges in tech-driven markets.
🔹 Pitch Deck & Public Speaking – Presenting complex business roadmaps clearly to stakeholders.
🔹 Teamwork & Strategic Ex*****on – Refining strategies through collaboration and feedback.

A major milestone of this cohort was on 22 February 2025, where our final Pitch Deck presentation secured the highest score along with a recognition award of BDT 60,000. 🏆

At MedTros, we believe that impactful technology must align with real human needs and sustainable business design. Experiences like these strengthen our foundation as we build and scale tech-driven health solutions for the future.

We express our gratitude to the University Innovation Hub Program, DEIED Project, ICT Division, mentors and organizers for driving this initiative.

The journey of turning ideas into real-world impact continues! 💡✨
