A few months ago, we installed our first occupancy tracking prototypes at CampusX. Thanks to them, we were able to detect anomalies when comparing "Conference Yellow" meeting room booking schedule with its actual usage and how often members use the gym.

Now we are making a step further towards our affordable & frictionless IoT solution with prototype v2. In addition to the occupancy tracking, there are also:

- on-screen information about the room/booth/desk availability
- fast booking / check-in from the device
- integration with OfficeRnD

We are starting installations for further tests and if:

- your company is located in Sofia
- you are trying to optimise the bookable resources

BG WORKSHOP Ltd presented the intelligent desk .
The first desk with associated user account and multiple features controllable from your smartphone.
In the spring of this year, the company participated at the "Expomebel 2022" furniture fair with the prototype of the Smarteous desk.
Many people were curious about how this desk from the future works, while some rushed to try it out.
