This week, our CEO Eduardo Coll and our COO Leonardo Milocco, traveled to São Paulo to spend time with the incredible team we’ve built in Brazil, where we already have more than 20 developers driving projects forward every day.
The agenda went far beyond meetings.
There were technical talks, conversations about projects, ideas about where technology is heading, and many moments that reminded us why building strong teams requires more than just working together remotely.
There was also time for padel matches, shared dinners, laughs, and the kind of spontaneous conversations that strengthen real connections.
Because culture is not something written on a slide.
It’s built in the everyday moments.
In the trust between people.
In the willingness to keep showing up, listening, sharing, and growing together.
