We want to thank you for your continued support and patience as we navigate the challenges caused by the ongoing Canada Post strike. We fully stand in solidarity with the workers on strike and understand the importance of their cause.

Unfortunately, the strike has impacted the delivery of phone parts we ordered before the strike began, and these items are currently stuck in transit. We deeply regret the inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

To ensure we can still meet urgent needs, we are now processing emergency orders through alternative shipping carriers. However, for existing orders currently with Canada Post, we are unable to expedite delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
