Hey hockey parents 📢 How’s team fundraising going so far?

If you’re already feeling burnt out from collecting bottles, selling chocolate bars, and "whipping something quick up" for bake sales... There might be a better way to raise money for your team:

Tap into raffle software features like Top Fundraiser tracking to boost ticket sales, motivate your fundraisers, and save time on reporting.

When some of our long-time hospital foundation partners asked if we'd ever let them take donations at checkout, too, we said we'd look into it.

Turns out, there was a big opportunity to raise more. So we built the feature, and our charity partners put it to the test.

The result? Charities have raised hundreds, sometimes thousands, of extra dollars per raffle by giving ticket buyers the option to donate any amount on top of their purchase.

So, if you spot a donation option at checkout, that’s what it’s there for. No pressure, no obligation. Just another way to support a cause you care about without leaving checkout.

A little extra can go a long way and make a real impact. 💪

We're already missing summer sports over here, but here's something worth celebrating:

HFX Wanderers FC fans helped raise over $80,000 for local causes this summer through gameday 50/50 draws.

Selling raffle tickets on-site *and* online means more people can get in on the action, and that's growing the impact for charities like Special Olympics Nova Scotia, YMCA of Greater Halifax/Dartmouth, Wellness Wags Assistance Dogs, and more.

So, before we put away our cleats and sharpen up our skates, let's congratulate the whole crew - every volunteer, 50/50 ticket seller, and staff member who made this season a major success. 💪

Something that stopped us in our scroll last month 🛑

A raffling charity promoting other local charities Rafflebox links.

Just one reason Swan Valley Animal Protection League are raffle role models (another being how they raised $167,000 with their very first 50/50 jackpot 👏).
