Austin Whitworth ** announcment also this DOES NOT APPLY TO ANYONE I HAVE AN ACTIVE PROJECT WITH THINGS AND PLANS REMAIN THE SAME THIS IS ONLY FOR NEW INUIRES OR JOBS**
Hi everyone,
I know I’ve been a bit quiet and hard to reach lately. I wanted to be transparent about why I’ve been a little off the grid. While I’ve always truly enjoyed helping you with your repairs, I’ve recently stepped into a new, full-time role as a Developer and CRM Implementation Specialist.
After years of hard work and navigating some challenging times, this opportunity is a dream come true. It’s been an incredible journey building this business with you; honestly, your support kept a roof over my daughter’s head and helped us through some tough seasons. I am forever grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me.
However, I’ve reached a point where I need to reprioritize. While providing for my daughter is my top goal, I’ve realized that working endless hours at the cost of missing out on her life isn’t the balance I want. Scaling this business to a full-time company would mean hiring and management a step I’m not ready for right now so I have decided to shift my focus.
What this means moving forward:
I am not closing down permanently, but my availability is now very limited.
My schedule is currently quite tight, so I will be prioritizing projects that are the most time-efficient.
Regarding cell phone repairs: I will no longer be taking these on, with the exception of screen replacements.
Thank you so much for being part of this journey. You’ve turned this venture into something successful beyond what I could have imagined when I started, and I’m so proud of what we’ve done.
I’ll keep the business registered and may return to this full-time down the road, but for now, I’m taking some time to focus on my new role and my family. Thank you for your continued support and for being such a huge part of my life.
With love and gratitude,
Whits end repair
