WinTik Scalehouse Management System includes paperless ticket functionality and integration features with electronic signature pads from Topaz Systems. These features are included with updates under your support contract.
Please always reach out with requests for functionality. That is how features get added to the base software and the feature you are looking for, like in this case, often already exists.

With the functionality of automatic emailing of tickets in PDF form, we can help protect your employees and the truck drivers who must continue to work. You can continue to get a paper copy for them to sign (Make them carry their own pens! 😊) or can integrate a signature pad and capture it electronically so that it shows up on the emailed PDF form that gets sent.

Software functionality is included with your updates – but configuration and installation time is officially billable time. We are waiving our normal fee for configuration and setup of a basic pdf format ticket in light of current circumstances with COVID-19 in an effort to help facilitate self-distancing..
