Good afternoon everyone!

We have had some questions and have had some interesting comments so far on the testing of our cell range/how it is going.

It is going wonderful! You will see us in our vehicle going to places to see how just one tower reacts to the distance and urban setting.

Our goal is 3km so we wouldn't have to rely on all 5 towers, but strategically put them in places that are known to have issues, such as the Kalum area, Old Remo, etc.

If I can get away with just 4 in town, I will be happy.

We are also looking for testers as well. People who would be willing to load our eSIMs up and test it out, for free of course.

See how it runs, how it goes, how the load is, what speeds you get, that sort of thing, so if that interests you, please, let us know, you will be helping us out a lot as well.

Thank you!

Good morning.

Every-Day Computers Inc. has filed a Part 1 Application against the Ministry of Housing and Municipal Affairs and the British Columbia Non-Profit Housing Association.

The reason? Unreasonable delays to MDU access and the Need for Openness.

For far too long, BC Housing and BCNPHA has had a partnership with one company, with the aim and goal of providing a fast and cheap internet service for all the housing needs.

And when said company offers discounts, the current offers from said incumbent provider restrict eligibility to residents who have not subscribed to specific incumbent services in the past 90 days.

And by some accounts, most residents are required to call in to get said discounts, often missing that discount by the "90 day" rule.

We believe this will open up the market for more affordable internet costs, allowing other incumbents and TSPs to provide affordable internet as well.

This also isn't an attack on said organizations listed in this Part 1, this is a call for our province to do better.

TDCSS and Ksan are not BC Housing or the BCNPHA, they are just trying to help and help our community, but when their parent organizations are lacking the proper communication, it feels frustrating to see newer buildings being built without the opportunity for other companies to come in and help drive down prices.

Thank you.

Good afternoon, Terrace and Northern BC!

A lot of people who tuned into our mobile launch asked about our "Pro Plans" strategy. You wanted to know: How do I get a new phone without signing a massive $120/month contract with the big telecom companies?

I want to break down exactly how the "Bring It Back" or "Device Return" illusion works, and how you can beat it.

THE INCUMBENT TRAP:

You go to a Big 3 website and see: "Get the new iPhone 17 Pro for just $39.79 a month! Just return it damage-free in 2 years."

Sounds like a steal, right? Here is the actual math they don't advertise:

The Forced Plan: To get that $39.79 phone, you are usually forced into a premium $105/month rate plan.

The Damage Trap: If you scratch or crack it, you can't return it. You suddenly owe them the $600+ balance.

The Insurance Tax: To avoid that $600 trap, you buy their $17/month device protection.

The Result: You are now paying roughly $161 a month ($39.79 + $105 + $17). Over two years, you pay nearly $3,800... and you don't even own the phone at the end.

THE EV-COM "PRO PLAN" SOLUTION:

We operate a "Bring Your Own Device" (BYOD) network. We don't sell phones; we sell honest, affordable network connections.

Here is how you beat their system:

Buy Direct: Apple offers the iPhone 17 Pro directly for about $66.62 a month for 24 months at 0% APR.

Own Your Asset: You are buying the phone outright. No return hassle, no hidden "damage" balloon payments. It is yours.

You buy Apple's own device protection plan if you want it for only $13.49 monthly.

Pair with Ev-Com: Because you bought the phone yourself, you aren't forced into a $105/month premium plan. You can use a significantly cheaper, high-speed Ev-Com plan.

By financing directly with the manufacturer at 0% and bringing that phone to Ev-Com, you save hundreds of dollars a year, you aren't locked into an inflated rate plan, and you actually own your device.

Stop renting phones. Stop overpaying for data.

Good morning.

The CRTC has opened up conversations on how Indigenous communities in Canada get connected in rural settings across Canada.

We have filed an intervention with proposed solutions.

Our aim is to make sure that bigger companies do the work, they give meaningful consultation, and that it isn't something they use for their own personal gain, but for that regions well being.

Thank you.

Good morning everyone!

We are still looking for a few homes in Terrace who would love to host our mini cell devices on their homes.

We have reached out to a few people, and have had some success in some areas in Terrace, but our fight with the big incumbents have left some areas underserved.

The main areas we are looking for are marked on this map with a question mark.

The main stress points are still going to be Old Remo and the residents in the Kalum area.

Rest assured, we are working with the CRTC and other companies to make sure that we can provide excellent service up there.

Thank you for allowing us to have this wonderful opportunity.

Good afternoon!

We purchased some new equipment in light of our open house.

We have purchased our first company vehicle, shopping local and seeing what people offer here in the North.

This is Ev-Com Super Duper Carry Machine v0.01.

It goes whoosh, and it goes vroom, it goes pssssshhhh.

(In all seriousness, it will help pull our poles that we are using and save money on fuel when working on the highways to increase connectivity.)
