With the start of the school year, I thought it’d be the perfect time to finally share this comic that I created earlier this year for the first edition of the Write Now Magazine created by the Timmins Public Library.

Completely inspired by my childhood of moving, changing schools and meeting my BFF (which is still my BFF today).

I really enjoyed making this comic monochromatic, in our favourite shared colour from when we first met. 💜

Le mois d’août, c’est pour mes fleurs préférées, les tournesols. Pour cette illustration spécifique, je me suis amusée à dessiner ma meilleure amie Mélanie avec son chat AmyLou qui aime bien se cacher.
