6 weeks ago, I couldn't even do 5 minutes of exercise without dying. Today, I'm at 30 minutes and loving all the sweaty moments. My mental state has never been better and combined with therapy, I can finally take on the world by my terms.
Thank you for making it easy to get in shape and take care of one self.
