BE SMART! When you get a call from "Microsoft" or "Telus" or "Shaw" or from your "Bank", realize that they will rarely if ever call you. Certainly not Microsoft! They do not actually monitor you and your computer. So do yourself a favor and do not accept such calls. Laugh and hang up. When my bank calls me I just say, "Thank you for calling. I will call you back." The real bank will accept as they want you to be secure. Crooks will try to argue and keep you on the line. Simple logic helps keep us safer and more secure.
