Colorful bass lines still rushing through my body. I can hardly believe it.❤️💙💚🩵🧡💛💜
With so much joy and days filled with the sound of bass, I had the honor to work closely with artist Steve McQueen and book designer for .
My deepest thanks go out to the incredible Schaulager team, who made me feel so welcome and at home from the very first second. Special thanks to Silke and Isabel Friedli for the amazing invitation, the trust, and for making another dream come true… because Irma has been one of my greatest idols ever since my studies in Basel.
For the current exhibition Bass, I created hundreds of photographs for Irma’s exhibition book design, as well as press materials, images for the website and social media, and print pieces such as postcards and programs. I had the chance to capture the exhibition from all angles of communication and design.
Over several days, I fully immersed myself in long hours of shooting – intensifying the experience for me and hopefully for those who see the results. Don’t miss it! Bass until November 16 at Schaulager.
