*Job Description*
Your role as our sales executive is to sell our company's products and services to businesses and government organizations within Cameroon.
This will entail approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new businesses. You will also strive to maintain good relationships with existing clients; gaining business wherever possible.
*Your Responsibilities as a Sales Executive*
• Build and Foster positive working relationships with leads, client, and customers
• Understand the needs of our customers
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Research the market and related products
• Present the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
• Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with our system subscribers and managers
• Liaise with BA team to check the progress of existing orders and requirements of clients
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
• Feed future buying trends back to the company
• Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet and exceed targets
• Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
• Ensure company’s relationships with customers are strong, profitable and enduring.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
*What to expect*
• The sales industry is target driven and consequently, the work can sometimes be demanding and pressurized.
• Our office Is in Molyko Buea which is to serve as a base from where you do your work across Cameroon.
• You will be expected to look professional and smart, particularly when liaising with clients.
• Travel within a working day, overnight absence from home and out of town duties are normal for this role. Constant travel, sometimes with overnight stays or longer business trips.
*Qualifications*
Open to all graduates, although Knowledge in the following subjects may improve your chances:
• Bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication abilities (French and English)
• Degree in business, management or marketing
• Strong commercial awareness
• Excellent communication skills
• Computing, engineering or technology
• Relevant work experience
• Personality, attitude and abilities and
• Ability to communicate, present & influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
