The first email ever sent was sent in 1971 by computer engineer Ray Tomlinson and it was sent to himself 😃

Tomlinson was the person who introduced the “@” symbol to email addresses, creating the format we still use today: [email protected].

From sending an email to himself to billions of emails sent every day, technology has really come a long way

Le tout premier e-mail a été envoyé en 1971 par l'ingénieur informaticien Ray Tomlinson... à lui-même 😃
