Let’s start with the amazing food we enjoyed in Jeju! 🤩

If you saw my previous post that Google Map isn’t the most reliable in Korea 🇰🇷 BUT, it was my lucky star because we stumbled upon Gozip Dolwooluck Jungmun on Google Maps! HOWEVER, this restaurant branch doesn’t show up on KaKao Map or Naver Maps 😅 - they have a few branches!

to see our very first meal upon arriving in Jeju! Serious feast for super hungry people after almost a 1-hour car ride! Gozip is apparently a popular seafood restaurant in Jeju that serves up local specialties! No wonder there was a queue - we waited about 30mins - no fun when we were starving 😮‍💨

Thankfully we waited! Out of all the food we ate in Jeju & Busan, Gozip was rated top 3 best meals we had, even Vera & Leroy agree! 👍🏼 Spicy, flavourful and a whole table of seafood, vegetables, carbs and different banchan... I’m salivating again! 😋

How to order? Everyone on the same table has to order the same set; kids < 10 yo can share. We had 3 sets of Set C - Special Rockfish Stew with Abalone and Shrimps, Grilled Sea Bream & Deep Fried Shrimps (tempura) PLUS MORE - see menu and prices in my photos! This giant “donut” is one of Chongqing’s coolest photo spots. From the perfect angle, it frames Raffles City and the city’s iconic skyline like a giant picture frame.

Come around sunset or at night when the skyscrapers light upthe view is absolutely unreal. Definitely one of those “you have to shoot this” spots in Chongqing. 🤍
