✨Laser Marking Operation:
1️⃣Workpiece Preparation
Clean the workpiece surface to remove oil, dust, and oxide films to ensure consistent marking quality.🧑‍🏭

2️⃣Create or Import Marking Content
Create a new project and add text, QR codes, or graphics.
Import vector files in DXF, PLT, or AI format.📁

3️⃣Layout and Positioning
Adjust the size and position of the objects, and configure the fill pattern and hatch parameters.📍

4️⃣Process Parameter Setup (Critical)
Set the laser power, marking speed, pulse frequency, hatch spacing, and laser delay according to the workpiece material.🔍

5️⃣Red-Light Preview
Click Red Light to preview the marking area. Fine-adjust the workpiece position to ensure the marking area is correctly aligned.🎯

6️⃣Workpiece Loading & Focus Adjustment
6.1 Workpiece Loading
Place the workpiece on the worktable and secure it with a fixture to prevent movement during marking.⚙️

6.2 Focus Adjustment
Adjust the worktable height using the built-in focusing scale or the red-light focus indicator until the laser spot reaches its minimum size, indicating the correct focal position.💡
An incorrect focal position may result in blurred markings or inconsistent engraving depth.‼️

7️⃣Trial Marking
Perform a trial mark on a scrap piece or at the corner of the workpiece. Inspect the marking quality, engraving depth, burn marks, and deformation. Verify QR code readability by scanning the code.🔬

8️⃣Parameter Optimization
If the marking quality does not meet the requirements, adjust the laser power, marking speed, or focal position, then repeat the trial marking until the desired result is achieved.🏭

9️⃣Mass Production
After the marking quality passes inspection, proceed with mass production.✅

1️⃣Board Loading & Positioning
✅The operator removes the PCBA to be processed from the ESD anti-static transfer cart and places it into the dedicated fixture of the depaneling machine in accordance with product specifications and operating requirements.🧑‍🏭

2️⃣Fixture Clamping
✅Close the fixture cover and secure the locking clamps. Once the PCBA is confirmed to be properly fixed and meets process requirements, press the green START button🟢 on the operator panel to initiate the automated depaneling program. The machine enters automatic operation mode, ensuring a safe, stable, and efficient cutting process.🏭

3️⃣Automated Depaneling
✅The machine automatically executes high-precision depaneling based on preset process parameters. By precisely controlling the cutting path and feed speed, mechanical stress on the PCB and electronic components is effectively minimized, ensuring clean cut edges, consistent dimensions, and stable product quality. Upon completion, the machine automatically returns to its home position, ready for the next cycle.🔽

4️⃣Board Unloading & Inspection
✅Open the fixture cover and remove the depaneled PCBA along with the panel frame waste. Inspect the product appearance and depaneling results. Once the product is confirmed to meet all process requirements, the automated depaneling operation is complete.👌

🔎To ensure soldering quality after reflow, a 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) system performs 100% PCB assembly inspection. Featuring AI-assisted programming, the system automatically selects appropriate imaging methods and inspection algorithms based on defect types, improving programming efficiency and inspection consistency. With a detection resolution of up to 10 μm and a height measurement range of 0–40 mm, it is suitable for high-density and mixed-height assemblies.📍

1️⃣Data Import
Export PCB CAD/coordinate data from the SMT placement machines and import it into the AOI system to provide component location and board reference information. 📁

2️⃣Data Verification
Use Board Explorer software to merge and verify data from multiple placement machines, ensuring component counts, panelization, and coordinate information are accurate. ✈️

3️⃣AOI Program Creation
Generate the inspection program using product BOM data, CAD coordinates, and inspection requirements. AI-assisted technology automatically optimizes inspection parameters for common defect types.🧑‍🏭

4️⃣Automatic Board Loading
After reflow soldering, the PCBA is automatically conveyed to the AOI station and positioned for inspection. The system supports PCB sizes from 50 × 50 mm to 760 × 650 mm and thicknesses from 0.6 mm to 10 mm.🎯

5️⃣Automatic Inspection
The AOI system locates fiducial marks, performs coordinate calibration, and captures multi-angle 3D images. Equipped with a 21 MP industrial camera, it provides a 50 × 40 mm field of view at 10 μm resolution with a scanning speed of approximately 0.4 s/FOV. The system automatically detects defects, including missing components, misalignment, polarity errors, soldering defects, and height abnormalities.🏭

6️⃣Pass Verification
If a detected anomaly is verified to be within acceptable limits, press “0” (Ins). The PCBA will automatically proceed to the next process.✅

7️⃣Reject Handling
If a detected anomaly exceeds inspection criteria, press “1” (End). The defective board will be transferred to the reject conveyor for repair and rework.🔧

1️⃣The nitrogen reflow soldering system is integrated with a high-capacity nitrogen supply unit using 99.999% high-purity nitrogen, creating a stable low-oxygen environment inside the oven. Oxygen concentration, oven temperature, and equipment status are continuously monitored to ensure process stability and minimize oxidation during SMT production.👀

2️⃣Nitrogen protection reduces oxidation during reflow, improving solder wettability and solder joint formation while minimizing defects such as cold solder joints, insufficient solder, solder bridging, and solder balls. It is particularly suitable for high-density and fine-pitch SMT assemblies including BGA, QFN, CSP, fine-pitch ICs, and 01005 components.📍

3️⃣Supported by a stable nitrogen environment and optimized reflow profiles, the system provides precise thermal control through preheating, soaking, reflow, and cooling stages. 📍2D AOI Inspection Process:👇👇👇
1️⃣Prepare the required CAD data📁 for the equipment and match it with the corresponding machine model to ensure data integrity and accuracy.🧑‍🏭
2️⃣Create a new inspection program by inputting the PCB length and width, and adjusting the conveyor width. Load the PCB and perform full-board scanning for image acquisition. After saving the program, import the CAD data, align it with the scanned image, and enhance alignment accuracy using image recognition algorithms.🏭
3️⃣Create fiducial (MARK) points and calibrate component positions.🎯
4️⃣After completing the program, start inspection. Detected exceptions are automatically routed to the repair station mode, where the system classifies and filters inspection results. QC personnel review alarm images one by one via the interface, and the system marks suspected defects to assist judgment.🚦
5️⃣If the AOI-detected defect falls within the acceptable visual inspection criteria, press the Insert key to classify it as a pass. ✅
6️⃣ If the AOI-detected defect exceeds the acceptable visual inspection criteria, use numeric keys to select and assign the specific defect type. The system simultaneously records defect data for quality analysis and traceability.📝
