⭕ You may wonder why countersunk holes are necessary?
👉 When PCBs are installed in confined spaces, countersunk holes can accommodate protruding screw heads, providing a secure connection and maintaining a clean appearance of the finished product.
💡 At the same time, we pay close attention to the completeness of the hole wall metallization to ensure thermal conductivity and reliability.

Why must the thickness of the copper plating in the holes meet IPC standards?
Sufficient copper plating improves the conductivity and durability of the hole walls, especially in high-temperature, repeated thermal cycling, or high-humidity environments, reducing the risk of poor contact and preventing PCBs failure due to copper plating fractures.

Recently, our customer discovered that when they using 4OZ thick copper PCBs to make 0.15mm laser blind holes, strong electric currents would burn them out.
Have you encountered this problem as well?
That's because the insulation layer and the copper on the hole walls are not thick enough. In this case, we recommend changing to 0.3mm mechanical blind holes, which will be more stable.

For high-speed digital and high-frequency PCBs, we recommend using NanYa 175TL material:

1️⃣ Stable dielectric constant (Dk): Maintains a Dk of approximately 1 across a wide frequency and operating temperature range, ensuring precise impedance control in transmission lines at 4.2 GHz;

2️⃣ Low dissipation factor (Df): Df ≤ 0.018 at 1 GHz, minimizing signal energy loss (especially in high-frequency applications), resulting in better signal-to-noise ratio and longer trace lengths;

3️⃣ High volume and surface resistivity: Excellent insulation performance prevents current leakage between conductive layers and traces, meeting the demands of high-density and high-voltage applications.
