I am currently preparing a new residential project in the Philippines — from the first sketch to the complete presentation, business, and marketing communication.
My role covers the early project atmosphere, 3D visualizations, visual style, web presentation, social media, and the overall sales narrative of the project.
For me, this is exactly the type of work where architecture, visual communication, marketing, and business thinking come together.
It is not only about creating visualizations.
It is about building the whole framework that gives the project a clear identity, emotion, credibility, and commercial direction.
Not a resort. Not a catalogue.

Připravuji nový rezidenční projekt na Filipínách — od první skici až po kompletní prezentační, obchodní a marketingovou komunikaci.
Na projektu se podílím od hledání základní atmosféry, přes 3D vizualizace, vizuální styl, webovou prezentaci a sociální sítě až po nastavení obchodního příběhu projektu.
Pro mě je to přesně typ práce, kde se propojuje architektura, vizuální komunikace, marketing a schopnost dát projektu jasnou identitu, emoci i obchodní směr.
Nejde jen o vizualizace.
Jde o vytvoření celého rámce, ve kterém projekt začne působit důvěryhodně, srozumitelně a hodnotně.
