Last Friday reminded us that some of the most important conversations donโt happen only on conference stages, but around the dinner table.
The People & Culture Dinner: Africa & Capital Connect brought together founders, investors, operators, and ecosystem leaders for an evening of honest conversations about entrepreneurship, investment, talent, and the future of collaboration between Africa and Europe.
We heard inspiring founder journeys, explored the realities of building across borders, and discussed practical solutions for unlocking capital, supporting talent, and strengthening African ecosystems.
We also heard an inspiring keynote from @โLaureen Chivere, who reminded us that we all have capital of different forms, that we can use to elevate those around us. Capital which comes from us, and comes back to us in the networks we build.
A huge thank you to our incredible speakers for sharing their experiences so openly, and to MOKKA*MILCH for being such generous hosts. The exceptional food, beautiful setting, and warm hospitality made the evening even more memorable.
Most importantly, thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to the conversations. The ideas shared around the table are only the beginning.
