It was an honor for our team to attend the opening of the "Re'aya" Virtual Hospital in Ismailia — the first virtual hospital in Egypt and Africa, and a milestone in the Egyptian State's Universal Health Insurance journey.
We were privileged to meet Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky, Chairman of the Egyptian Healthcare Authority; Dr. Ameer El-Telwany, CEO of the Egyptian Healthcare Authority; and Dr. Hossam Sadek, CEO of the Universal Health Insurance Authority.
We were proud that our solution is already in use within the hospital's Field Units — mobile telemedicine kits provided by TeleMed International Company to the Egyptian Healthcare Authority (EHA), which can be brought to a patient's home for assessment, with the teams already working with them.
Both the RIMPulse System and the TeleMed International System are fully integrated into the Field Units' software and hardware.
We also demonstrated how our remote patient monitoring technology extends specialist-level care beyond hospital walls for long-term, continuous monitoring: in home care, in rural and underserved areas, during transfer between hospitals, and through remote intermediate care (IMCU) monitoring managed by the virtual hospital.
The system we presented incorporates advanced AI for the early detection of cardiac conditions and early deterioration.
We were honored to offer to extend our services further — an offer met with sincere appreciation for the technology presented.
Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky affirmed the need to make state-of-the-art technology available in the hospital, in service of patients and the quality of care.
Dr. Ameer El-Telwany noted the value of such technology in enabling early detection of cardiac arrhythmias and continuous follow-up for patients in home and long-term care.
We also extend our thanks to the hospital's management for their warm reception, and we look forward to exploring the next steps together in service of patients across Egypt.

كان لفريقنا شرف حضور افتتاح المستشفى الافتراضي "رعاية" بمحافظة الإسماعيلية، وهو أول مستشفى افتراضي في مصر وأفريقيا، ويمثّل علامة
فارقة في مسيرة مشروع التأمين الصحي الشامل بالدولة المصرية.
وقد تشرّفنا بلقاء السيد الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد السبكي، رئيس الهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية، والسيد الدكتور أمير التلواني، الرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية، والسيد الدكتور حسام صادق، الرئيس التنفيذي
للهيئة العامة للتأمين الصحي الشامل.
ومن دواعي فخرنا أن حلولنا أصبحت بالفعل قيد الاستخدام ضمن الوحدات الميدانية بالمستشفى — وهي حقائب طبية متنقّلة للرعاية عن بُعد مقدّمة من شركة TeleMed International إلى الهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية، ويمكن نقلها إلى منزل المريض لإجراء الفحص، وتعمل بها الفرق بالفعل. وقد تم دمج كلٍّ من نظام RIMPulse ونظام TeleMed International دمجًا كاملًا في برمجيات وأجهزة هذه الوحدات الميدانية.
كما قدّمنا عرضًا توضيحيًا لكيفية إسهام تقنياتنا في المراقبة عن بُعد للمرضى في تقديم رعاية طبية متخصصة خارج أسوار المستشفيات، وللمتابعة المستمرة طويلة الأمد — في الرعاية المنزلية، وفي المناطق الريفية والنائية، وأثناء نقل المرضى بين المستشفيات، ومن خلال المتابعة عن بُعد لوحدات الرعاية المتوسطة (IMCU) المُدارة عبر المستشفى الافتراضي. ويتضمّن النظام الذي قدّمناه ذكاءً اصطناعيًا متقدّمًا للاكتشاف المبكر لأمراض القلب والتدهور الصحي المبكر.
وقد كان لنا شرف تقديم عرضٍ لتوسيع نطاق خدماتنا، وهو عرضٌ قوبل بتقديرٍ صادق للتقنيات المقدَّمة.
وقد أكّد سيادة الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد السبكي على ضرورة إتاحة أحدث التقنيات داخل المستشفى، بما يخدم المرضى ويرتقي بجودة الرعاية.
كما أشار سيادة الدكتور أمير التلواني إلى أهمية هذه التقنيات في إتاحة الاكتشاف المبكر لاضطرابات نظم القلب، والمتابعة المستمرة لمرضى الرعاية المنزلية والرعاية طويلة الأمد.
ونتقدّم كذلك بخالص الشكر لإدارة المستشفى على حُسن استقبالها، ونتطلّع إلى استكشاف الخطوات القادمة معًا بما يخدم المرضى في مختلف أنحاء مصر.
