Full-Stack Developer

We are an exciting Start-Up with cutting-edge technology, and we are seeking a highly-skilled full-stack application developer to join our challenge, you will be responsible for building full-stack scalable solutions. You must be comfortable with both front-end and back-end programming. You must be a highly independent and proactive person who is excited about writing code and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a highly scalable product with a big and active user base that operates in scale.
- Drive end-to-end features that touch multiple engineering aspects: designing, implementing, integrating, testing, and deploying.
- You will be expected to take an initiative approach to improve code, tools, and processes. Be open-minded to walk in a different path and to deliver while maintaining high-quality solutions quickly.
- Translating UI/UX design to actual code, producing visual elements of the application.
- Collaborating with the rest of the engineering team including product managers, designers, back-end developers, and testers, to design and launch new features end-to-end.
- Actively leading the availability, resilience, and scalability of our solutions by utilizing AWS cloud services.
- Work with product owners on translating biz demands into technology concepts
- Deliver high quality and well-structured code
- Mentor other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5+ years of experience in web development and technologies.
- Strong Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and building responsive products for mobile and web applications.
- 4+ years of experience in JavaScript is a must.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Typescript including OOP, ES6, preferably functional programming.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with front-end development with JavaScript frameworks including React.js, Angular, and Vue.js.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in server-side JavaScript with NodeJS, NPM, and Webpack.
- Deep knowledge in software architecture design and RESTful APIs.
- Expertise in Integrating the applications with back-end developers in the process of building and consuming RESTful APIs and SOAP Webservices.
- Practical experience in testing JavaScript including unit testing with Test Driven Development (TDD), integration using JavaScript testing frameworks such as Mocha, Jasmine, and Jest.
- Familiar with Oracle database including SQL and PL/SQL.
- Work efficiently with Git version control (SCM), workflows (GitHub), and with continuous integration & continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Good to know about deploying applications onto webservers and webserver administration.
- Solid understanding of best practices in application security and high performance.
- Being comfortable working in agile software development.
- Ability to work with virtual teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving solid capabilities.
- Excellent communication style is a must.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Must know about Egyptian comics and memes.
