سؤال اليوم بعد فترة غياب بس مش هيكون سهل

منظم جهد يخرج 12 فولت تم ادخال ال 12 فولت على منظم جهد آخر يخرج 5 فولت ولكن للأسف لم يخرج ال 5 فولت ولكنه اخرج ال12 فولت بالرغم من ان المنظم سليم ما السبب؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ظ
