Digilians 2026 | Strengthening Egypt’s Digital Ecosystem 🇪🇬
🚀Yesterday, we kicked off our first Digilians 2026 workshop in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT).
✨ The session, led by our R&D Manager, Dr. Noha Hamza, addressed how real software is built in the current tech market. Dr. Noha walked the country’s future technology leaders through what it actually takes to build software today, moving past textbooks to look at the full cycle:
🔹 🤖 Architecture & AI integration
🔹⚙️ DevOps & Production deployment
🔹 📈 The "soft" skills like ownership and communication that actually move the needle
🌎Commenting on the workshop, Mohamed Magdy, MTS Enterprise CEO, said: "This kind of workshop is not just about teaching code; we’re here to show how the industry really works. There’s often a huge gap between what students learn in a classroom and what a tech product needs to survive in the market. By connecting MTS Enterprise’s hands-on expertise with Egypt’s digital strategy, we’re contributing to building a workforce that can actually compete globally."
